Other than some really strong wings and some rain it was a great trip today. We left Cheyenne WY after lunch and hit a line of storms and wind that really blow the car around for a while, but we made it. We got into town and stopped in at Lone Star Taqueria. If you're a fan of "Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives," you'll know this place. Guy stopped there one day and we had to give it a try. Great tacos, fun atmosphere, but leave the side order of beans off your order. They weren't very good. The car shown in this post sits out in front of the restaurant.
Now we're at our friend's (Sean & Christina's) resting for the night before we start out for Tahoe in the morning. Of course, we have to stop for a breakfast burrito before we leave. We can't remember the name of the place, but we know where it is, and we're going. Does anyone else see the food theme???? Good thing we brought our bikes to burn off all these calories.
PS - Sorry for the typos in some of the earlier posts. Typing on an iPhone in the car isn't all that precise. I'll try and clean them up.
